Short-form videos go up to 90 seconds, while long-form videos range from 8–25 minutes. If your video goes somewhere in the middle or beyond 25 minutes, message us for a quotation—we can determine and discuss a custom price.

Please expect a 2–3 day turnaround time to ensure quality, cleaner cuts, and allot buffer time for feedback and revisions. Long-form videos and vlogs may take longer, though time-sensitive requests will always be prioritized.

Simple original animations can include motion graphics, infographics, basic designs, and other elements that make your video more engaging. You can check out this video to see an example of our work.

Prior to the retainer agreement, we can start with a trial period to align on editing style, workflow preferences, and ensure we're a good fit for your needs. After that, the flow is always the same: You give us raw, unedited files, and we’ll turn them into full videos at the agreed-upon timeframe. Of course, we’ll maintain constant communication and provide operational tools (like portals and calendars), even as we get into the groove of working together smoothly.
